NineAnts · Cash visibility
Cash visibility software for multi-bank, multi-entity treasury
Cash visibility software collects balances and transactions from all your banks, payment providers and entities into one consolidated cash position. NineAnts connects through bank APIs, SFTP and PSP feeds, converts every currency to your reporting currency, and lets you drill down from the group total to a single transaction.

The problem
Cash is spread across too many places
A group with a dozen entities often has dozens of bank accounts, several banks and a few payment service providers. Each has its own portal, its own export format and its own timing. Building today's cash position means logging in, downloading, reformatting and pasting. By the time the spreadsheet is ready, the numbers have moved.
The consequences are familiar. Treasury cannot say with confidence how much cash is available right now. Idle balances sit in accounts nobody is looking at. Payments are checked by hand. And every question from the CFO starts another round of downloads.
How NineAnts does it
How NineAnts gives you one cash position
Connect every source once, let the daily sync do the collecting, and look at the result the way your treasury needs it.
Connect every bank, PSP and system
NineAnts connects directly to your banks and payment service providers. Where the bank offers an API, data arrives in real time or close to it. Where the bank delivers statement files, NineAnts collects them over encrypted SFTP in the CAMT and MT940 formats. For some banks, such as ABN AMRO, premium API connectivity is available out of the box.
Most clients are live within a few days to a few weeks, depending on the number and complexity of connections. Read more about how the connections and automation flows work on our treasury data automation page.
Automate the daily sync
Automation flows run on your schedule. A typical setup: every day at 07:00, NineAnts syncs all bank accounts, applies your categorisation rules and refreshes your Power BI reports, before the team logs in.
One position across entities, banks and currencies
See your total cash position across every bank, account and entity in one place. Break it down by company, currency or bank. Multi-currency balances are converted to your reporting currency at live FX rates, so the group total is always comparable.
Drill down from group to transaction
Start at the group total and click through to an entity, a bank, an account and finally the individual transactions behind a balance. Track balance trends over time and compare year on year at a glance.
Dashboards and smart alerts
Build your own dashboards that combine balances, forecasts and KPIs in the views your team needs.
Set up smart alerts based on your own business rules: which events, which thresholds, which recipients. When a payment comes in or a balance crosses a limit, the right people hear about it without checking.
Deliver the data where you work
Your data streams to where your team already works: Excel through the NineAnts Excel add-in, Power BI, your TMS, or any other system through API or SFTP.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions treasurers ask us
What is cash visibility software?
Cash visibility software collects balances and transactions from all your banks, payment providers and entities into one consolidated view of your cash. Instead of logging in to several bank portals and building a spreadsheet, treasury sees the current position across every account and currency in one place. NineAnts adds drill-down to transaction level, dashboards, smart alerts and delivery to Excel and Power BI.
How do I get real-time visibility of my cash position across multiple banks?
Connect each bank directly instead of downloading statements. NineAnts uses bank APIs where they exist, which gives real-time or near-real-time data, and encrypted SFTP for banks that deliver statement files. Balances and transactions from every bank land in one database, are converted to your reporting currency and are shown as a single cash position you can break down by entity, bank or currency.
Should I connect my banks through API or SFTP?
Most groups use a mix. Bank APIs give real-time or near-real-time data and are becoming more common in Europe. Host-to-host SFTP delivers statement files in batches and is still the most widely supported route for corporates. NineAnts supports both, including CAMT and MT940 statement files and premium bank APIs, plus PSP feeds and ERP connectors. It normalises everything into one format so you do not have to care which route each bank uses.
Can NineAnts handle multiple entities and currencies?
Yes. NineAnts shows one cash position across entities, banks, accounts and currencies. You can break it down by company, currency or bank, and multi-currency balances are converted to your reporting currency at live FX rates. From the group view you can drill down to a single entity, account or transaction.
How long does it take to connect our banks?
Most clients are live within a few days to a few weeks. The time mainly depends on the number and complexity of the data connections. Bank API connections usually need the account holder's approval with the bank first. Daily cash visibility comes first, and forecasting and automation are added on top.
Does NineAnts replace our TMS?
No. NineAnts sits on top of your existing TMS, ERP and banking landscape. It collects and cleans the data and sends it back to the systems you already use, including your TMS through SFTP or file exchange. If a traditional TMS suits your situation better than NineAnts, we will tell you.
